It is in my opinion that treating insomnia is largely a lifestyle change. Congrats on the quit! I would first ask yourself, what is your lifestyle like? Are you consuming good, whole, natural food sources of vegetables, some fruits, and protein? Are you getting some activity in during the day? Are you stressed at all during the day? What is your mental state? I just hate having a yucky ugly dog kennel anywhere in my house. Now I just have to figure outhow to get my dog to not bark at night and wake me.I guess I have to go back to putting her in a kennal at night. We are all so different but this works for me. Get tired today and then try this if you can get the stuff. I love science lectures) I blackout my computer and got youtube red with no commercials because they ALWAYS are twice as loud and wake me up.and use super comfy headphones in just one ear. I sleep alone :( so no soothing from physical contact which is also very listen either to binereal beats or a long youtube lecture that bores me to sleep and makes me not feel lonely.just the sound of someone talking. NO tv or computers (unles you put flux on your computer) AND a very dark room or eye blackout thingie. I swear this will give you such wonderful deep powerful dream filled sleep. You can also do this valerium chug if you wake up in the middle of the night like i do EVERY night. Squirt two whole full vials or whatever you call those things in a little cup, add a tiny amount of juice and s tastes horrible. If you still don't fall asleep have liquid valerium and something to drink that tastes good (i always have kombucha at my bedside) I use Herb Farm. I take Source Naturals.Īlso, right before sleep 3 caps of Holy Basil. Then on an empty stomach at bedtime 3 L-Tryptophan. If you are really up for it then take a bath with epson salts.3 cups. Magnesium (i take Neuro-Mag from Life extenstions because it doesn't give me the runs) Take the magnesium with dinner. I just like this guy so much and trust him.
